Welcome to Hotel Ujjain. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Advance payment may be required for group bookings
• Balance payment must be made at check-in or check-out as agreed

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in may incur a charge of one night's stay
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
• For group bookings (3+ rooms), different cancellation terms apply. Please contact us directly

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 12:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and common areas
• Pets are not allowed on the premises
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the restaurant

Liability

Hotel Ujjain is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the lockers available at the front desk for valuables.

Food Policy

Our kitchen serves 100% pure vegetarian food. Non-vegetarian food and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
