1. Booking & Payment

Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings lock in the rate at the time of booking.
Advance payment may be required for group bookings (3+ rooms) or during peak seasons/festivals.
Balance payment must be settled at check-in or check-out as agreed during booking.
We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
Room booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of advance payment (if applicable).

2. Cancellation Policy

4. Guest Conduct & House Rules

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Management reserves the right to evict guests for disruptive behavior without refund.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee of ₹2,000 will be charged for violations.
Pets: Not allowed on the premises.
Outside Food & Drinks: Not permitted in the restaurant. We serve 100% pure vegetarian food.
Alcohol & Non-Veg: Strictly prohibited on the entire premises. Hotel Ujjain is a pure vegetarian establishment.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other pilgrims.

5. Liability & Damages

Hotel Ujjain is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the lockers available at the front desk for valuables.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to hotel property caused intentionally or through negligence.
Parking is at the owner's risk. Hotel Ujjain is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles.

6. Food Policy

Our in-house kitchen serves 100% pure vegetarian Satvik food.
Non-vegetarian food, eggs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Meal timings: Breakfast 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Dinner 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
